STANDARD SHIPPING PROTOCOL

We are a small business, and each purchase is proudly made to order. Once you place your order, allow 3-5 business days for production plus transit time for delivery, not including the date your order was placed. (For example, if you place your order on a Monday, the latest your order would ship out would be on Friday.)

USPS/UPS GROUND (3-5 business days)

FLAT FEE: $7.99

UPS PRIORITY SHIPPING (1-3 business days)

FLAT FEE: $17.99

LOCAL HAND DELIVERY - $5.00

We offer Local Hand Delivery within the Greensboro/High Point area! Select "Local Hand Delivery" at checkout, and you will receive an email from us letting you know when your package has been picked up from our studio as well as when it has been successfully delivered! Local Delivery is available on Fridays only.

Return Policy

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade nature of each item and the customization involved, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We encourage you to thoroughly read the product descriptions, view the provided images, and ask any questions before placing an order. Please be sure to select the correct size/color as orders placed incorrectly will not be refunded.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once delivery is confirmed we are not responsible for packages.

ISSUES WITH ITEM 

If your item is damaged, or defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email. Customers have 2 days after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 2 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue. 

Each order is handmade with care and attention to detail. Please note that some items may have slight variations in color, texture, or pattern, which add to the uniqueness and individuality of each piece. If you have questions about your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
