The customer is responsible for inspecting the item within 72 hours of receiving the package and messaging us immediately about any defects that may appear on the sweatshirt / T-shirt. We will not replace any items after this deadline for any reason, as by this point the defect could have occurred due to issues that are beyond my control.

We respond within 24-48 hours to messages sent Monday-Friday. Messages received on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and Holidays may vary in response time.

Care instructions are sent with every package.
Most Tees & Sweatshirts can be machine washed on a gentle cycle, inside out, and laid flat to dry.

Please refer to the sizing chart regarding the fit of the apparel. It can be found under each product details.

For Additional Cost, items can be beautifully packaged in our Ready-to-Ship Gift Box! Included with each box is a free personalized note. Just leave your To, From, and Note in the check-out comments, and a sparkly card will be included with your gift package! If you are sending directly to the recipient just let us know in the "checkout notes" and we won’t send an invoice.

Colors in photos may slightly vary depending on the brightness/contrast levels of the device you are using.
Graphic sizing will vary based on the size ordered and the best fit.
